Made to Order

Poiset combines lingerie designs with ready to wear pieces on a made to measure basis to break social constructs associated with underwear. Poiset is a small business currently owned and run by the designer Grace, from designing, sewing, shipment packing and back of house processes.
Poiset pieces are created on a custom made to order basis, with your body shape in mind, tailored to your exact measurements. This unique design experience offers the opportunity to have a ready to wear lingerie piece made to fit you like a glove.
Products found in the ‘Made to Order’ section of our website are sewn after order has been placed. Please allow the time frame allocated on the product page for the piece to be shipped to you, usually 1-3 weeks.
Made to order pieces can be ordered in a custom colour / size upon request in the ‘Customs’ section on the website.

Customs

All Poiset designs are customisable with fabrics and colour ways by filling out the customs form, found in the 'Customs' section of our website.
Custom pieces have a 3-5 weeks production time frame, rush orders are subject to extra charges.

Samples
​
Samples found in the ‘Samples’ section of our website are set sizes and ready to ship. Please allow 1-3 business days for these products to be shipped.

Sizing
Poiset pieces are made to measure unless otherwise specified on the product page it applies to. When ordering a custom piece it is important that measurements are taken accurately for the best fit. It is best to know your waist, bust, hip and cup size measurements as a baseline.

Shipping
Free express shipping is included in all pieces for shipment in AUSTRALIA.
Global shipping is offered to all destinations and the additional cost will be added to your cart upon purchase.
Please ensure you have calculated enough time between production and post for your pieces to arrive by your special event, as the guidelines for production are for sewing time of the garment only.

Refunds
Poiset does not offer refunds for change of mind. A need for a return will be handled on a case by case basis. Poiset will only grant a refund for faulty products. Custom garments needing significant alterations will be granted a partial refund to cover the cost of alterations. Please ensure that your measurements are accurate when ordering customs.
All Poiset garments undergo a quality control process before they are dispatched. However, if you do find your product to be faulty, or unfit for wear, please email care@poiset.com.au with details of the fault and photos. These will then be reviewed by customer care.
